Your product is on the way - promise! We want you to enjoy your products asap! We do fulfillment on orders by 10pm of the day we receive them. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially after Holidays or other events taking place. Your patience is appreciated.
Our process is as follows for most of our products:
1: Order is taken and staged after payment is received - customer receives email to validate order 2: Our validation process runs, collects orders and stages them with our supplier 3: Orders are processed from Noon to 4pm the following day of receipt (Orders take 2-5 days to process) 4: You will receive an email with your order tracking information once order is successfully processed 5: Orders are fulfilled/delivered over a period of 12-28 days, depending on what you purchased 6: You can track your order once you receive your tracking URL Link. It usually takes 2-4 days before the URL is activated 7: Order is delivered

Absolutely - nothing to be worried about! IPP enables Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) for all it's transactions regarding payments.

Click the "Apply Now" link and fill out the information on PayPal to get your 6 month interest free account. Follow the instruction with PayPal to setup your account and then enjoy interest free payments over 6 months on all purchases from us that total more than $99 per transaction.
Since it varies for every country it’s best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out BEFORE you purchase, just so there’s no nasty surprises and so you don’t think it’s us, it’s totally the government.
Search our product collections for something you like, view the detail of the product, make your selection of the item you want, then add it to your cart. If you want multi items of the same version of the item, just change your cart quantity. If you want another item within the collection you are viewing, just select the next item (IE different color item) and then add to your cart. You would then have two of the same items, just different colors as an example.
Once all your shopping is done, head over to checkout. If you join the site (under "My Account"), the next time you go to place an order, your name and address information will be auto filled out for you, which makes your check out even faster.
Additionally, customers who opt to sign-in can see all their orders (history), keep track of gift-card balances and see their coupons against their account. We do not keep your credit card information, only your purchases for easier tracking.
The ordering process is designed to flag on any piece of information that is not aligned with your credit card information validation records. Assure you are entering your correct number, expiration date, security code and billing address information. Failure to provide any of this information accurately will result in errors and will prevent your card from being processed. These safeguards are built in to protect you, as our customers.
We normally batch and process orders from Noon to 4pm the following day for orders taken in a normal calendar day. The reason for that is to provide a grace period in case changes need to be made to your order. If you find yourself with a change required, send us a note and we'll update your order based on your instructions to us. While we'd hate for you to cancel an order, doing it during this time is the best time and will incur no fees on your part to cancel. See our Return Policy for details on refunds and returns.
We're sorry, we don't have a way to combine your previous orders. If you consider joining the site the "My Account" area, you will be able to track and manage all your orders with us in one place. You always have the option of continuous shopping with us by placing items in your shopping cart and clicking "continue" to shop. Once you're ready - just click your shopping cart, checkout and pay for all your items at one time.
1: If your order was placed more than 12 hours ago with us - your product is most likely already in the processing stage and into fulfillment. We can't stop it once that process has started. You would have to follow our return process, get an RMA# and then process the return of your product(s) once you receive it. Bear in mind, some products are not returnable, so make sure you read the Return Policy. Items like personal care, cosmetics, soaps, etc are not eligible to be returned since we can't resell those items. The Return Policy details out fully what can not be returned and the timelines for making returns. Order canceled after the 24 period or subject to a returns fee of $2.95 (our charge from the credit card company to process your refund)
2: If your order was placed within 12 hours, we have a much better chance to cancel it before it's goes to processing. We queue our orders for a grace period for this reason, however we default all orders in by noon the following day to assure timely processing. So, if you placed your order with us at 1pm EST on a Monday, we could immediately cancel it by 11:59a Tuesday (the following day) without generating an RMA# and processing a return. The reason why is because we didn't push your order to our fulfillment center yet, and thus that transaction is saved from further processing. The reason we hold until the following day at noon affords us that luxury for our customers, since business hours is from 9-5pm. During normal business hours, we can usually stop an order prior to them being moved to fulfillment without too much trouble. Order placed before the 12 hours cutoff and not requiring an RMA# can be returned without the $2.95 return fee.
If you meet the conditions of option 2, we can cancel ANY order (regardless of item purchased). If more than 12 hours has lapsed, your order will fall under the condition 1 of the policy for returns. Order cancelations are logged by our support team.
While we try to keep the cost of fulfillment down as much as possible, we still incur charges for all portions of the transaction. We do not pass that cost on to our customers on the purchasing side of the transaction. Our customers enjoy all the following:

No surcharge to our pricing - all options enjoy the same prices on products
Returns represent a extra cost to us, above our margins that we can absorb in our offering. If we can process your return before it goes to fulfillment for you product, we will pass that savings on to you. However if your order does move into fulfillment, we must pay them and unfortunately we must pass that charge on to you only if you're returning your item (we don't charge a fee at the time of selling your item).
We do our best to keep our fees down and minimized to our customers. We don't benefit from these fees as we must pass that along to our partners. Returns are free provided they are done timely, otherwise we must all pay for them.
All orders at fullfillment receive a tracking number and link. Once your order is fillfulled, you will get a similar email to alert you that your order is on the way:
Once you receive this email from us, click the "View your order" link in the email to be brought to your order information on our system. Your tracking ID (see below - example is LT709878165CN) will be present for the order(s) placed. Some of your items on your order may be fulfilled from other locations if you purchased multiple things. If that's the case, you will receive tracking codes for each item in your order on your fulfillment tracking screen. Click the link associated with the product you wish to track.
This example above shows how it looks - just click that link and you'll be brought to a universal package tracker that will keep track of your package (once it's loaded there) and let you know where your package is, each step of the way. Package tracking takes about 2-4 days to register once you receive the tracking URL from us.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept product back that are personal care (cosmetics/soaps/cleansers) or intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Items that show as SOLD OUT will remain there to indicate that item was once available. From time to time, if it's a popular item, we will restock it. If you see something you like, and it shows as SOLD OUT, send us an email with the link of the item you're interested in and the color/variant that is SOLD OUT, and we'll try our best to get it for you.
If we don't have the product you you're looking for, send us a note with the the detail and description of the product (including sizes and colors) you're desiring, and we'll do our best to fulfill that request.
A customer redeems the monetary value of a gift card by entering it's unique code at checkout. Unlike gift certificates (which we don't offer), a gift card holds a balance which can be spent over multiple transactions:
1: Customer receives gift card email (either forwarded to them or if they purchased the gift card themselves.
2: Customer clicks the "view your gift card" link button in the email and is presented with their Gift Card
3: Customer either can print this screen or simply writes down the code to use during their shopping on the site - Click the START SHOPPING link. They select their items and then venture over to the shopping cart to buy. Customers then enter their gift card code in the gift card / discount code section during checkout:
4: After they enter their gift code, they must click APPLY.
5: Complete the checkout by taking one of the following actions:
If the Balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can simply click Place by Order.
If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, the customer will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference, and then place your order. (remember to subscribe to our newsletter to keep getting new deals from time to time)
TIP: The remaining balance on any gift card can be used for any further or future purchases, as long as their is a balance left.
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes. Since IPP provides our customers with free shipping, and only charges PA residents sales tax on selected items, we treat gift cards like full money and they are fully used towards your balance. We don't refund gifts cards however - store credit is extended until the gift card is fully used.
Discount codes cannot be applied to actual gift card purchases. Think of gift cards as actual credit in the store. You can however use a discount code to reduce the price of an item you are buying (if you have a discount code) and then use your gift card to pay for the item.
Coupon and discount codes are offered to our repeat customers and are used as a way to reward loyality to our store. If you have a coupon/discount code, you can add it to your order after you have clicked through to the checkout page. You will see a designated coupon box:
Enter your code and hit apply. FYI: Coupons / Discount codes do have an expiration timeframe and are designed to be used within 14 days of issue.
